Save your changes, and then click on the maximize button on the top right of the Gantt chart window to get a better view of the chart. In the Gantt Chart for the project, select Add a New Column. You can also input project resources in the Resource View of the project, and then select resources from a drop-down list in this column.Ĭontinue to input tasks into the project sheet and update your Gantt chart. To change the Show on Board setting for a task: Open your project in the Gantt Chart View. ![]() Tab to the Resources column, and then type in any resources you need for the task.
